Did you know that reflexology can be carried out on our hands as well as our feet? And therefore learning how to carry out hand reflexology on your own hands can give you a valuable set of skills for life….your wellbeing in your own hands!

My two hour workshops are fun and informal and take place in my home for groups of six. You will receive a large hand map, a set of smaller hand maps for 15 common conditions plus a little tin of balm. You’ll also have the opportunity to design your own hand treatment plan. Refreshments are also provided and the price for all of this is just £25 per person.

You can either book onto a workshop with a friend, on your own (it’s always a friendly bunch so there’s no need to worry about not knowing anyone!) or you can gather together a group of six and book one just for you!
